Lyndsey and Mark's Bright and Colorful Wedding at the Ashton Depot in Fort Worth
Lyndsey and Mark actually met at an anti-Valentine’s Day party while attending TCU. Lyndsey went on to get her Master’s there as well, so obviously after Mark popped the question they knew that Robert Carr was where they had to get married. Lyndsey dreamed of a bright and colorful wedding with pops of gold, but most of all she wanted to have a wonderful time surrounded by her friends and family. The contrast between bright colors and hedge walls, with the stately and classic Ashton Depot was a perfect juxtaposition. To bring more of the classic vibe Lyndsey longed for, we chose a classic monogram in gold letterpress with their names in matching script. Gold Chiavari chairs, ivory linens, and the lightest pink napkins allowed the colorful florals to shine. For a real wow factor, their guests were welcomed into the reception by a fountain overflowing with flowers and a blooming escort card display. Working with this wonderful family and turning the Ashton depot into a colorful garden was such a dream.
