Summer Sunset Inspiration at the White Sparrow

This shoot may be my favorite styled shoot I've ever designed. It's rare that a shoot happens and that when every aspect comes together it exceeds your expectations and blows you away. This was also my first shoot back from maternity leave and it was so great to be back in it! This shoot was featured on Style Me Pretty, which was just the cherry on top for me! 

We wanted to capture the romantic feeling of sitting and watching the sunset with someone you love. In the florals, we chose to focus on movement and depth while still reflecting the colors of a sunset. We focused on peaches, creams and blues with touches of dusty cappuccino for added depth. Blue tapers with crystal holders and vintage china added to the sky color palette. Because we were doing such a unique color pallet, I wanted to focus on that - elegant ghost chairs added to the aesthetic while allowing focus on the table-scape. Loose calligraphy stationary added the feel of an intimate summer soiree.
